Terms of Service - VocalRSVP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VocalRSVP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VocalRSVP provides an AI-powered conversational chatbot platform for lead capture and appointment scheduling. The Service includes website crawling, chatbot deployment, lead management, and scheduling integration tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service; (d) attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (e) use automated systems to overwhelm or abuse the Service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to the Service. VocalRSVP is granted a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Lead data captured through your chatbot belongs to you.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

VocalRSVP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including data deletion upon request.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
